
Yesterday marks my third month anniversary in the low carb lifestyle and I won’t lie – I totally thought about quitting last night.
It’s not that I’m tired of eating low carb, I still enjoy the food. I still love how I feel, the energy, the sense of control over my appetite… but the scale has continued to be so irksome! I didn’t know how much longer I could fight over the same two or three pounds and wondered if I should switch over to Weight Watchers or something different.
Well this morning the scale finally budged. It read 295
Wahoo!! It’s only one ‘new’ pound of loss but it brings my total loss up to twenty. I’ll take that pound and keep holding onto this low carb dream awhile longer
And yep, I’m still going to the gym regularly. Even tonight when I really, really didn’t feel like it



I am new to your blog. Keep up the good work. I have a couple of ideas to lend. I use low carb totillas and make pizzas and quesodillas. It gives you another option beside cold wraps when you want something hot.
Thanks for the suggestion – I have not done anything hot with a wrap yet but it sound good
